John Cashman

Helping partners find the perfect career opportunity—and helping law firms grow with important lateral acquisitions—is the best job someone can have in the legal industry. Helping both partners and firms achieve their personal and professional goals is incredibly satisfying and I am grateful for the opportunity to help our recruiters, candidates and clients succeed and thrive in this complex and fast moving industry.

John A. Cashman is a Partner and the Vice President for Law Firm Recruiting, based in our Chicago office. As the manager of Law Firm Recruiting globally, John is responsible for all aspects of strategy and implementation regarding recruiting partners, associates and professionals on behalf of law firms.
