MLA Welcomes Cynthia Barnardiston to its Singapore Interim Legal Group

Hanover, MD (August 31, 2020) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced that Cynthia Barnardiston has joined the firm as a managing director in the Interim Legal group. Based in the Singapore office, Cynthia will focus on building MLA’s Interim Legal group in the region, which provides in-house legal departments and law firms with talent resources to address skill gaps, headcount shortage or other bandwidth issues.

A seasoned interim consultant, Cynthia has a strong understanding of the legal recruitment market in Singapore and the unique challenges faced by in-house legal teams and law firms alike. With nearly 15 years in the industry, she has successfully advised clients in Europe and in Asia Pacific on talent solutions across multiple industries including legal, technology and oil & gas.

Cynthia holds a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of Manchester.
