Alice Geene has been Chief Legal Officer of Paycor HCM, Inc. (Nasdaq: PYCR), a SaaS Human Capital Management company, since October 2020. She has vast technology company experience that includes leading Paycor’s $489 million IPO in July 2021, one of the most successful software IPOs of the year. For over 25 years, Alice has driven growth and transformation in technology companies (public and private) spanning multiple industries. She has led IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and countless transformative transactions as a top tech industry chief legal officer. Alice is a proven leader at accelerating technology company growth through building and engaging top-performing legal teams.
Before joining Paycor, Alice was Chief Legal & People Officer at Rewards Network, a fintech company, General Counsel at Trustwave Holdings, a leading cybersecurity solutions company, and Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., a publicly traded global online travel company.
Alice is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College. Alice currently lives in Chicago with her husband Brad. They have a college-age son and two goldendoodles.
