Matt Campobasso serves as Enfusion's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Starting with Enfusion in 2020, Matt spends his time overseeing Enfusion’s legal operations, which involves securing the company’s interests and understanding and managing legal risk at all levels of the company, as well as both internal and external to Enfusion’s business. A firm believer in the ethos that a problem prevented is better than a problem solved, Matt is the primary legal adviser to Enfusion's business, including as to Enfusion's Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, and across executive leadership.

Matt began his legal career as a criminal prosecutor. Following that, he spent 11 years at a global law firm, first as an Associate and then as a Partner, in the firm's complex commercial litigation practice group. Later he served as General Counsel for a private consulting firm that was eventually acquired by IBM.

Matt graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in May 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in May 2006.
