Hatsuki Miyata is Balchem’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.  She joined the company in July of 2022.

Prior to joining Balchem, Ms. Miyata was Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Allegion PLC.  Prior to Allegion, she worked at Procter & Gamble, where she progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility, including Assistant General Counsel for P&G’s Corporate and Securities group.

Ms. Miyata holds a Bachelor of Laws from Keio University in Japan, a Master of Laws from the University of Tokyo School of Law and Politics, a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
