LawLife 2.0 How the Pandemic Redefined the Way We Work

{{Page_Thumbnail}}

As COVID-19 and its variants continue to impact return-to-office dates, we wanted to know if the continued flexibility in work arrangements has changed attorneys’ views. Partnering once again with Law360 Pulse, we surveyed law firm attorneys to see if their feelings toward returning to the office have changed since our March 2021 Lawyer’s Perspective on Returning to the Office survey.

What we learned?

Seventy-four percent of attorneys said they do want to come into the office at least once a week. But only 27 percent of respondents said they would prefer to go into the office 3 to 4 days a week —a decline from 46 percent in March 2021.

Beyond office attendance, the report also looks at the impact of remote work on productivity, communication and professional development.
