MLA Places Tulika Jesrani as Director, Legal & General Counsel at Kimberly Clark

Hanover, MD (October 15^th, 2020) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced the placement of  Tulika Jesrani as director – legal & general counsel  Kimberly-Clark, the multinational personal care corporation.  The search was led by Naveen Tuli, Olivia Seet and Pooja Mahbubani with MLA’s In-House Counsel group in Delhi, Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively.

Based in Mumbai, Tulika will have end-to-end responsibility for all legal matters in India and will represent legal within the India leadership team.  As a business partner to the heads of the consumer and professional businesses of Kimberly-Clark, she will provide legal advice, leadership, risk management in all legal matters and set strategic direction for all areas of K-C business in India. 

Tulika joins Kimberly-Clark from L’Oréal India where she served as Associate General Counsel for India and Bangladesh. In the 8 years she spent at L’Oréal, she was responsible for the legal aspects of diverse business divisions (such as consumer, professional, luxury and active cosmetics), operations as well as the India based research & innovation center.  Prior to this, she was with the legal team at Piramal Healthcare Limited and before that with DSK Legal, a leading law firm based out of Mumbai, as its Associate.  She began her law career as a Legal Trainee in the field of civil litigation at Crawford Bayley & Co (Advocates & Solicitors), one of India’s oldest law firms.
