Based in our New York City office, Amber has a diverse and varied eighteen-year recruiting career. Before moving to the New York metro area in 2021, Amber led our Dallas in-house practice, supporting a robust client base of Fortune 500 companies, asset managers, and private equity-owned companies. She also serves as one of MLA’s energy industry experts and has handled more than 150 searches for energy companies based in Texas, Oklahoma, and nationwide. Her move back to Connecticut has allowed her to bring her same sense of detail and passion to searches in the financial industry and public companies in the Northeast. She also uses her dual-market expertise to advise clients and candidates considering roles in each location on strategies to attract talent and the complexities of relocation.
In her spare time, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and Winnie (their chocolate lab); skiing; paddle boarding; playing tennis; practicing yoga; and entertaining friends.
