Cloud Schnoebelen is a Divisional Practice Lead with our Interim Legal Talent team. Based in San Francisco, he works closely with corporate legal departments and law firms to find solutions to their workforce challenges. As Practice Lead, Cloud serves as a coach, mentor, and leader to other consultants throughout Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, the Mountain region, and Southwest regions. He oversees their development and ensures our consultants are consistently growing in their roles and supporting their clients to the best of their abilities.
Cloud is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and seeking out high-quality candidates for every placement. He treats each opportunity as if it was his only one, focusing on truly understanding his client, their needs, and their goals. His clients have come to rely on him because he fully listens to their feedback and acts on it to ensure that he provides the best person for each need while keeping value and cost-efficiency in mind. Cloud believes in creating a true partnership with his clients so that together, they develop a legal talent strategy that allows the client to focus on the business needs and leave the talent search in Major, Lindsey & Africa’s hands.
Dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion within the legal industry, Cloud is on the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Leadership Council. As a member of this committee, he is deeply involved in Major, Lindsey & Africa’s diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy and in building programs to enhance the organization’s culture of inclusion.
Cloud is a dedicated husband and father and an avid sports fan. He enjoys cooking, golfing and completing the occasional puzzle with his family. A native of Southern California, he lives in Alameda with his wife, Kate, and two children, Jonathan and Olivia, and loves being able to walk along the bay every day.
