Miriam Frank is a Partner Emerita of Major, Lindsey & Africa, providing ongoing coaching and assessment services. An experienced executive coach, former in-house lawyer, manager and leader, and executive search consultant, Miriam supports and guides general counsel and other senior lawyers as they acclimate to new responsibilities or strive to progress. She brings more than 30 years of experience and a warm, down-to-earth manner to her coaching. Miriam is a member of the International Coach Federation and holds the credential of Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach. She is also certified and skilled in the use of a number of recognized assessments useful to clients for both selection and ongoing development.
Miriam served for many years as a member of the leadership team of MLA, the world’s most prominent search and consulting firm focused on working with lawyers. In this role and as a past leader in the Transform Advisory Consulting practice, she advised many general counsel and other senior executives on talent-related matters. Previously, Miriam conducted senior level searches on behalf of corporate law departments in a wide range of industries, all over the country. She is based in San Diego.
