Nathan Peart is a Managing Director and Practice Lead for our EMEA Associate Practice Group. Based in London, Nathan works closely with associates to help them make lateral moves into law firms whether in London, internationally or between markets. As Practice Lead, he serves as a coach, mentor, and leader to members of the Associate Practice Group in EMEA, overseeing their development and ensuring that they are consistently growing in their roles while supporting their candidates and clients to the best of their abilities.
Nathan has worked in Major, Lindsey & Africa’s London, New York and Hong Kong offices. He is passionate about offering advice and guidance to associates who are interested in learning about the market and have a desire to take the next step in their careers with a focus on building long-term relationships. He is focused on providing excellent service to his law firm clients and supporting his candidates through every step of the recruitment process.
Nathan lives in Oxfordshire and enjoys going to the gym, cooking and traveling. Nathan speaks Russian and Mandarin.
Nathan started his career at Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2013 in the London office before relocating to Hong Kong in 2016 and New York in 2019. Nathan returned to London in 2021. Nathan has built an extensive global network of contacts. Using those relationships, he has guided associates on making career moves that will help advance their careers, focusing heavily on relocating Asia-Pacific associates to and from New York and London.
