Riley Catone is a Managing Director – Client Development for Interim Legal Talent based in our Miami and Washington, D.C., offices. She specializes in solving organizations’ legal workforce challenges through the placement of legal and compliance talent. Riley combines her straightforward New York style with her sunny personality to get to know her clients and candidates, going beyond the basics and forming true caring relationships and bonds.

Riley is dedicated to building a partnership with her clients so that she understands all sides of their legal team and the organization as a whole. She excels at solving her clients’ challenges because she views each engagement as a puzzle, thoughtfully considering the best way to make all of the pieces fit together—from the client’s need to their budget constraints to the candidate’s expertise.

A native of Upstate New York, Riley is an avid New York Yankees and Knicks. In her spare time, she enjoys going to historical sites throughout D.C., watching NCAA basketball and fostering dogs.

Riley developed a passion for recruiting while she was in college. There, she recruited students to join one of the six leadership programs for The Fund of American Studies. After graduation, she worked for Centric Business Systems, conducting trainings for internal sales representatives as well as for customers. Riley most recently worked as a recruiter for RPStaffing, training recruiters and identifying candidates for temporary administrative roles within the nonprofit sector.
