Hanover, MD (November 9, 2021) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced the placement of William Ettenger as head of legal, North America for Deep Instinct in New York. The search was conducted by Anne Jennings and Heather DiConsiglio, both managing directors in New York.
In his new role as head of legal, North America, William will oversee contract negotiations, partnerships, strategic alliance deals and other commercial agreements while also providing counsel on other legal issues to the business units.

He also held corporate and compliance counsel roles at Matomy Media Group and EducationDynamics. Will received his J.D. from Villanova University and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
