Hanover, MD (SEPTEMBER 19, 2024) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, recently announced that Arthur Chiles has joined the firm as a managing director of client development with the Interim Legal Talent team in Washington, D.C. In this role, he works with law firms and corporate legal departments across a broad spectrum of industries to identify opportunities where contract attorneys and paralegals can provide support and improve operational efficiencies.

“Arthur is a welcome addition to the DC team in light of his collaborative, creative approach to assisting his clients and partnering with his team,” said Elizabeth Smith, partner and practice lead for Interim Legal Talent.  “Arthur’s years in consulting inform his out-of-the-box approach to client service and his even-keeled manner. He is truly a thought partner and always values the opinions of his clients and colleagues.”

Arthur has over 20 years of experience in advisory roles, strategically guiding business and governmental leaders through change and process improvement initiatives. Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Arthur was a managing director in the Strategic Communications practice area at FTI Consulting.
