Hanover, MD (January 7, 2021) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced today that Haylee Harrison has joined the firm as a managing director – candidate development with the Interim Legal Talent team, based in Philadelphia. Haylee focuses on identifying talented interim and contract attorneys as well as experienced paraprofessionals for short-term, temp-to-perm and project-based roles in corporations and law firms.
“Haylee’s previous technical recruiting and law firm experience make her a valuable addition to our Philadelphia team,” said Nesli Orhon, partner and executive director for Interim Legal Talent. “Throughout her five years with CompHealth, Haylee focused on filling permanent positions within the pharmacy field, primarily for hospitals throughout the country. We look forward to having her help us grow our successful Interim Legal Talent team in the Mid-Atlantic market.”
Haylee joined MLA after five years with CompHealth, one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the United States. As a senior pharma recruiter, she worked closely with healthcare executives and hiring managers to define and qualify requirements while simultaneously sourcing, qualifying and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline. Before CompHealth, Haylee spent several years as an associate attorney with Kaplan Young & Moll Parron, PLLC in Miami and a project attorney with UnitedLex.
“With a background in both law and recruiting, I understand the importance of listening to find a true fit, which will enable long-term growth for both the candidate and client, ideally creating a win-win situation for all,” said Haylee. “That’s why I am excited to be joining Major, Lindsey, & Africa’s Interim team, as their values are similar to my own, and I look forward to partnering with candidates in Philadelphia, Delaware and Baltimore. “Haylee earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S. from Florida State University.
