Hanover, MD (January 14, 2019) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced that Michael Albino has joined the firm as a managing director in the firm’s Interim Legal Talent team, based in Atlanta. Interim Legal Talent provides in-house legal departments and law firms with talent resources to address skill gaps, headcount shortage or other bandwidth issues where an extra set of hands (or even a team) can improve the productivity, efficiency and work quality of an organization. With a strong focus on business development, client service and collaboration, Michael will focus on partnering experienced attorneys and paraprofessionals with AmLaw 200 firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments who need legal talent for interim or project-based scenarios.

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Michael worked in business development for several SaaS and legal tech startups. He also spent three years at Denton’s as a business development specialist and as an associate at two Atlanta-based law firms.
