Beate Parra manages the legal department, covering a wide array of transactional, regulatory and litigation matters at the U.S. branch of a pan-European commercial bank with global reach. She started her career as a corporate associate at Cravath completing rotations in M&A, banking and securities and focusing on European and Latin American transactions. She moved in-house to a small legal department where she supported corporate strategy for an investment banking and private equity group. After two years there, Beate moved to MUFG Securities and then Fitch Rating before landing at Unicredit Bank AG in 2017. She earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
