MLA Welcomes Dudley Morton to its In-House Legal Recruiting Team

Hanover, MD (October 16, 2019) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, welcomes Dudley Morton, managing director to its in-house counsel recruiting team in Denver. Dudley will guide legal departments through the hiring process, identifying top lawyers and compliance and privacy professionals to build out world-class legal teams.

Dudley joins Major, Lindsey & Africa from EFL Associates, a national retained executive search firm specializing in senior-level recruiting engagements across a variety of industries. As vice president, he led searches for C-suite and director-level roles. Before joining EFL Associates, Dudley served as principal at Adam James International, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s operational and management retained executive search practice. Prior to that, he was a partner in a private law practice where he worked with clients in areas including corporate, litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Dudley earned his J.D. from University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from University of Colorado, Boulder.
