Kristy Robinson, a Partner with Interim Legal Talent in Washington D.C., handles business development, client relationships and recruiter leadership for the office. She represents the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, providing skilled legal professionals to corporate legal departments and law firms for interim assignments and projects.
Kristy works closely with both corporate and law firm clients, taking the time to learn her clients’ businesses and gain a strong understanding of their needs. She is consistently recognized for her ability to develop long-lasting relationships and to deliver a solid pool of candidates in a timely manner. Kristy is attentive to her client’s needs, providing excellent customer service that brings many of her clients back time and time again.
Kristy resides in D.C. proper with her husband, Mike.
Kristy joined Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2012 to grow the interim market within D.C. Since that time, she and the team have built a reputable business often recognized in the market and within the company for their high performance. Kristy shares her knowledge and experience externally, publishing several articles and participating in various speaking engagements over the years.
Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Kristy worked as a senior litigation attorney in Florida, handling premises liability, insurance defense and malpractice cases. She earned the right to manage a significant individual caseload fairly early on and successfully resolved hundreds of cases through dismissals, mediation and/or trial.
While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Kristy was active in student government, holding a student prosecutor position for the Honor Court. She was also a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy classes.
