MLA Welcomes Tam Pham to its San Francisco In-House Legal Recruiting Team

Hanover, MD (October 16, 2018) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, welcomes managing director Tam Pham to its in-house legal recruiting team in San Francisco. Tam will focus on recruiting general counsel, senior-level attorneys and compliance professionals for a broad range of corporations throughout the Bay Area.

Before rejoining MLA, Tam spent seven years with Paragon Legal, serving as director of attorney and client development, where she was responsible for developing and managing client relationships as well as overseeing a team of attorneys focusing on project engagements. Prior to joining Paragon, Tam managed business and legal matters for both a design consultancy, Workreative, and a designer footwear company, Ryan Rowe. She began her career as an associate for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.

Tam earned her A.B in International Relations from Stanford University and graduated with a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
