MLA Joins the Mile-High Market and Opens an Office in Denver

Hanover, MD (October 15, 2019) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced today the opening of its new Denver office, which expands the firm’s footprint in the West and grows the organization to 27 offices globally. The office will support the legal talent needs of law firm and in-house clients through three business lines.

Dudley Morton will lead the In-House Counsel Practice guiding legal departments through the hiring process and identifying top lawyers as well as compliance and privacy professionals to build out world-class legal teams.

John Boyd will lead the office’s Partner Practice Group advising law firms on lateral partner searches and law firm partners on lateral opportunities.

Maggie Tassi is relocating from San Francisco to lead Interim Legal Talent in Denver. She will be responsible for both business development and client delivery and focus on the recruitment and placement of experienced contract attorneys and legal professionals for substantive assignments in both law firms and in-house legal departments.
