MLA Interim Legal Talent Welcomes Tracy Dalton

Hanover, MD (APRIL 18, 2023) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, recently announced that Tracy Dalton has joined the firm as a managing director of client development with MLA Interim Legal Talent. Tracy works with law firms and corporate legal departments to identify flexible legal talent solutions that help address the challenges GCs and legal leaders face.

” Tracy brings 25 years of law firm, in-house and legal services experience to Major, Lindsey & Africa. Most recently, she served as executive director for Consilio (formerly Legility LLC – Dallas). She was in private practice with Howrey LLP, where she advised clients on employment issues and handled all aspects of federal and state commercial and employment litigation. Tracy initially went in-house for her client Countrywide Home Loans (which was acquired by Bank of America) as senior vice president, assistant general counsel. She then joined Hewlett Packard as their senior litigation counsel, where she managed employment litigation and worked with outside law firms to determine litigation strategy and manage all aspects of the cases.
