Christa Ford, National Operations Manager for Interim Legal Talent, is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our Interim clients. She is responsible for all administrative support oversight of day-to-day processes, training and development of the national administrative team and for partnering with Interim leadership to communicate operational goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Christa also serves as Interim Legal Talent’s resident expert on payroll laws in each U.S. state and is accountable for the business’s national compliance with applicable payroll, invoicing, unemployment, E-Verify, employment screening and workers compensation rules, regulations and guidance.

Christa also serves as Interim Legal Talent’s liaison to Allegis Group in obtaining, translating and communicating direction on escalated operations, human resource, compliance and information systems issues. She is responsible for the design and implementation of all Interim Legal Talent administrative processes and holds quality, efficiency and cost-reduction as top priorities in her design.

Prior to Major, Lindsey & Africa, Christa worked in the social services field as the business manager of a Private Therapeutic Day School and a case manager at a residential facility.
