A Director – Candidate Development for Interim Legal Talent, Jennifer Juarez specializes in the placement of legal and compliance talent in various substantive interim and permanent positions within in-house legal departments and law firms throughout Southern California.
As a native of Los Angeles, Jennifer is a dedicated Dodgers, UCLA and LA Rams fan. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, running, discovering new coffee shops and volunteering with her alma mater.
Jennifer joined Major, Lindsey & Africa after two years with the Adams & Martin Group. There she managed the full recruitment cycle, recruiting attorneys into law firms across the United States. Jennifer also managed teams of attorneys for legal projects nationwide.
Jennifer’s initial introduction to legal recruiting came from her first job at a boutique law firm in Beverly Hills. In her role as an office administrator, she regularly took part in on-campus interviewing and reviewing resumes. Seeking to build on this experience, Jennifer joined Robert Half as legal recruiter where she filled temporary legal support roles for both law firms and in-house legal departments in Los Angeles and Orange County.
