Meredith Rogers, an Associate on the In-House Counsel Recruiting team, supports the recruitment of mid- to senior-level legal professionals who are seeking opportunities at leading organizations throughout the Southeast.
As a University of Georgia undergraduate alumni, Meredith cheers on the Georgia Bulldogs every Saturday in the fall. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, exploring Atlanta’s many restaurants, walking outdoors and exploring the city with her Golden Retriever named Fred.
Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Meredith worked for The White Oak Group, a private equity firm in Atlanta. During her time there, she worked closely with the CEO on various matters and collaborated with the general counsel to draft legal documents, including employment agreements, non-solicitation/non-disclosure agreements, purchase agreements and board resolutions. She also maintained corporate governance of portfolio companies including recording board minutes, monitoring board approval requirements, document retention, and adhering to committee regulations.
Prior to her time at White Oak, Meredith was a litigation associate practicing insurance defense and plaintiff’s work with both Richter, Head, Shinall, White & Slotkin LLP and Brooks Injury Law LLC, respectively.
