Celebrating 5 Years of Mansfield (2017 - 2022)

A virtual evening celebrating Mansfield’s 5th Anniversary of yearly law firm and law department certifications designed to boost the representation of diverse lawyers in law firm and legal department leadership. This 4th Annual Celebration honors the participating law firms and legal departments that are taking intentional and measured actions to increase diversity.

Major, Lindsey & Africa's Merle Vaughn and Reed Smith's John Iino were joined by Diversity Lab's Caren Stacy Ulrich and three leaders representing the MLB and NFL to discuss gender equity and power in sports, including the role of women and the goal of achieving equity in male-dominated industries. The panel also discussed the positive impact that Moneyball, the Mansfield Rule and other targeted efforts have had on sports and the legal profession.
