Tray Shields Joins Major, Lindsey & Africa as a Managing Director in the Interim Legal Talent Practice Group

Hanover, MD (June 20, 2025) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, recently announced that Tray Shields has joined the firm as a managing director of client development with the Interim Legal Talent team. He works with corporations, nonprofits, law firms and a variety of other legal organizations to identify contract attorneys and paralegals for project-based and special legal engagements. Tray will focus on the New York market.

There, he partnered with legal departments of Fortune 500 organizations, expanding business across multiple practice areas. Prior to that role, Tray was Director of Business Development at the Ethisphere Institute, an industry-leading Compliance & Ethics measurement and evaluation company serving Fortune 1000 companies. Tray received his B.A. from Butler University.
