Daniel Feingold Joins MLA as a Managing Director in the Interim Legal Talent Practice Group

Hanover, MD (January 20, 2026)— Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, announced today that Daniel Feingold has joined the organization as a managing director of client development within its Interim Legal Talent practice. In this role, Dan partners with  corporations, law firms and nonprofits to identify highly skilled contract attorneys and paralegals for specialized, project-driven legal assignments. His primary focus will be supporting clients across the California market.

Dan joins MLA from TEKsystems, a leading provider of technology services and talent solutions, where he served as Executive Director of Business Development. During his tenure, he helped build a strong foundation of West Coast clients, and in recent years led strategic national accounts within the Technology vertical. He holds a B.S. from San Diego State University.
