As an experienced legal search professional, I bring a sense of passion and integrity to every search I complete, always aiming to identify the right legal professional for my clients.

Anne Jennings is a Managing Director in our Solutions Practice Group. With a strong focus on client service, collaboration and business development, Annie works closely with law firms and corporate legal departments to provide seconded attorneys for interim or project-based scenarios and non-attorney legal professionals for both interim and permanent openings.

Annie is a two-time finisher of the NYC Marathon. Born and raised in New York, she is an avid traveler and loves reading historical biographies, doing the NY Times crossword puzzle and visiting the many cultural institutions throughout New York. Annie lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.


Annie has 20 years of industry experience as a successful legal search entrepreneur, director of business development and managing director of several legal search organizations. She has extensive experience in designing, implementing and executing legal search requirements and has a proven record in delivering results to clients.


Annie has been involved in more than a hundred matters, including staffing complex cases involving multiply legal specialties and hundreds of legal professionals.
