Ron lives in the Chicago suburb of South Barrington with his wife, Natasha, a named partner in a boutique law firm, and their three children.
Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Ron was a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn. While at W&S, Ron served as a member of the firm's Hiring Committee, Summer Committee and Corporate Opinion Committee.
"Ron and his team have been consummate professionals in guiding us through the process of our recent merger. Ron led the charge with a very thorough, organized and thoughtful approach to finding candidates based upon the criteria we established together. He was the Captain of the ship and our trusted adviser throughout the process. I look forward to working with Ron on recruiting projects for many years to come."
