James Lee Joins Major, Lindsey & Africa’s New York In-House Practice Group

Hanover, MD (April 11, 2019) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, welcomes Director James Lee to its in-house counsel recruiting team in New York. James will focus on placing general counsel, in-house counsel and senior compliance professionals into global, national and regional organizations.

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, James launched Urbis Legal Search LLC focusing on full life-cycle recruiting and hiring. Before this, James worked for several legal recruiting firms in New York, successfully placing attorneys across all levels in AmLaw 200, mid-size and boutique law firms as well as senior and executive-level candidates into in-house roles across a variety of industries.

James earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University.
