MLA's Interim Legal Talent Welcomes Sheila Amiry

Hanover, MD (JULY 18, 2023) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, recently announced that Sheila Amiry has joined the firm as a managing director of client development with MLA Interim Legal Talent. Sheila works with law firms and corporate legal departments across myriad industries to place attorneys and paralegals on a project, contract and consulting basis.

Sheila has over 15 years of experience in the legal and corporate world. She started her career as a trial lawyer at a boutique firm in the Chicago suburbs before joining the corporate world, where she worked with C-level executives at a research and advisory firm that is now part of Forrester Research. She then went on to spend several years at Thomson Reuters, where she consulted with midsize law firms throughout the country and managed a team of sales executives. Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Sheila was the director of sales at a newly formed corporate law firm, where she worked with in-house professionals to identify areas of need where the firm could serve as outside counsel.
