Michaune D. Tillman recently served as general counsel, vice president of human resources and compliance for Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE) and secretary of the WAVE board of directors. As a member of the executive leadership team, she provided a broad range of domestic and global strategic and legal support to the organization on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, human resources, intellectual property, compliance, ethics, litigation, corporate governance and other commercial transactions.
Prior to that, Michaune was deputy general counsel, vice president and ethics officer for Ricoh Americas Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Company Limited headquartered in Japan.
She was the recipient of the Above & Beyond the Call of Duty Award and the Star Contributor Award from Ricoh Americas Corporation. In addition, in 2013, Michaune was recognized by InsideCounsel as one of the R-3 100 Next Generation of General Counsel and a 2013 Philadelphia Business Journal Corporate Counsel Finalist.
Michaune earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. She also earned a B.S. in Accounting from Hampton University.
