He has also served on panels with the Association for Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Lee was a labor and employment lawyer for 15 years working closely with the human resource leaders of his clients, and the hiring partner for a former prominent New Jersey law firm. He also worked for two Fin Tech public companies in senior client-facing roles.
