Experienced Legal Recruiter Naveen Tuli Joins Major, Lindsey & Africa in Delhi as Managing Partner

Based in India, Tuli leads Major, Lindsey & Africa's EMEA and APAC in-house operations focusing on strategy and business development efforts

Hanover, MD (November 1, 2016) — Major, Lindsey & Africa, the world's leading legal search firm, today announced that Naveen Tuli has joined the firm as managing partner, based in Delhi. Naveen joins the firm's in-house practice group and heads the strategy and business development efforts across EMEA and APAC, working with Major, Lindsey & Africa recruiting teams across offices to ensure best-in-class service is provided to clients and candidates internationally.

Naveen joins Major, Lindsey & Africa from Laurence Simons International (LSI), where he was the firm's global managing director. He joined LSI in 1990, initially focusing on the UK in-house counsel market, and was made a partner in 1994. He then played a pivotal role in extending LSI's legal recruiting services to 15 offices across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the United States and Latin America. LSI was sold to the private equity-backed FiveTen Group in 2007, at which time Naveen was promoted to global managing director for LSI and given a seat on the FiveTen Group strategy board. Under his stewardship, LSI was transformed from a primarily contingent business model to one more focused on exclusive and retained work.
