Mindy Crandus Sircus Joins Major, Lindsey & Africa as a Managing Director in its In-House Practice Group

Veteran Legal Recruiter to Partner with Corporate Clients in Hiring Senior Legal Talent

New York, NY (June 9, 2016) – Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced today that Mindy Crandus Sircus has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its In-House Practice Group. Mindy, based in Chicago, will work with corporations across a variety of industries to recruit senior attorneys and general counsel.

Prior to joining MLA, Mindy spent the last 17 years as a legal recruiter with the Zenner Consulting Group in Chicago, specializing in both law firm and in-house placements.  Before this, Mindy spent 12 years practicing corporate and securities law at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, where she was a partner. She began her career as a corporate and securities associate at Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C. Mindy graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance, which was granted with the distinction of cum laude, and then earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
