Diversity in the legal profession is a long-standing challenge that many firms and corporations are working individually and collectively to address but have yet to solve. The recent surge for social and racial justice along with the shift in the global labor marketplace prompted by the pandemic have created a fierce urgency to address diversity in recruiting.
