Edina Beasley is a Managing Director in our In-House Practice Group based in Washington, D.C. She helps build the in-house legal departments for clients in a variety of industries and specializes in the placement of general counsel, senior in-house counsel, compliance, and IP professionals nationwide.

Edina provides her clients with access to the best legal talent the market has to offer. She partners with corporate and non-profit clients on recruitment and retention of top legal talent and is respected by clients for her honest advice, detailed market insight, consultative approach and clear communication.  Edina grew up in Rijeka, Croatia, and moved to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2001, where she attended college and law school, before moving to the Washington, D.C. area.

After law school, before entering the legal recruiting arena, Edina served as a law clerk to the Honorable Heidi M. Pasichow of the D.C. Superior Court.  

While in law school, Edina served as the executive articles editor of the Georgia Journal of International Law.
