Gregory Richter is a Partner, Vice President and Global Head of our In-House Practice Group and our Solutions Practice Group as well as the head of Allegis Partners, a global executive search firm within the family of Allegis Group companies.

As the Global Head for our In-House Practice Group, Greg oversees the in-house recruiting operation for our retained search practice for general counsel, chief compliance officers and senior in-house lawyer placements. He is responsible for creating the vision and strategy, as well as developing the infrastructure and brand.

As Global Practice Leader and founder of our Solutions Practice Group, Greg is responsible for leading the firm's functional and strategic initiatives. The Solutions Practice Group provides substantive project attorneys and specialized paralegals to law firms and corporate legal departments. The firm provides specialized contract legal staffing services to clients needing staff augmentation, flexible and contingent workforce options, temporary-to-permanent hiring and human capital management.

Experience

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Greg was a director of business operations for Aerotek's New York offices. Under Greg's leadership, Aerotek established a top-performing team and brand presence across multiple business lines in the historically under-performing market. He was responsible for all aspects of sales, recruiting, strategic planning, hiring, training and P&L management while directing more than 75 employees. Greg's contributions include opening Aerotek business lines and establishing the Melville, Long Island and Jersey City, New Jersey, offices. Greg was also responsible for Aerotek's professional development in the Northeast Region; his sales training and management programs supported the development of more than 300 staffing consultants.
