Miriam Frank leads the Executive Coaching offering for our In-House Practice Group. Miriam's particular focus is helping senior in-house lawyers and their teams realize their career potential and acclimate to new roles and responsibilities. She brings more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer, executive search consultant and senior executive, manager and leader, as well as a warm, down-to-earth manner, to her coaching. She is certified in the MBTI as well as EQ-i-2.0 and EQ 360, and is a member in good standing of the ICF. Miriam works with individual lawyers and with law department teams to help them to achieve their professional goals.
Miriam is also a member of our leadership team, working closely with many general counsel and other senior executives, gaining a unique perspective on what they look for when they hire senior talent. Previously, Miriam conducted senior-level searches on behalf of corporate law departments in a wide range of industries, all over the country.
Miriam travels extensively and enjoys meeting current and prospective clients. In her spare time, she enjoys audiobooks, walking with her dog, Max, and spending time with family and friends.
Miriam joined Major, Lindsey & Africa in 1993 after holding positions as a commercial litigation associate with Katten Muchin Rosenman, Associate Counsel with American Hospital Supply Corporation, Chief Litigation Counsel for Heller Financial, Inc., and as a legal recruiter with a local Chicago firm.
Miriam is certified as an Associate Certified Coach ("ACC") by the International Coach Federation ("ICF"), Board Certified by the Center for Credentialing and Education and holds the additional credential of Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach.
