MLA Places Janet L. Kidd as General Counsel & Secretary at Oxford Immunotec

Kidd as general counsel and secretary for Oxford Immunotec Global PLC (NASDAQ: OXFD).  The search was led by Amy B. As general counsel and secretary, Janet will join the Oxford Immunotec executive leadership team and manage the global legal and compliance teams.  She will have overall responsibility for the vision and leadership of the company’s global legal strategy and risk management, including commercial contracts and transactions, business development, ethics and compliance, corporate governance, public company reporting, data privacy and security, IP, employment, and litigation management.
