Andrea Menadue Joins MLA as a Managing Director in the Associate Practice Group

Based in Atlanta, Andrea partners with law firms to identify talented associates to join their practices and acts as a trusted career advisor to associates throughout their careers.

Andrea joins MLA from Amtrust Financial, where she worked in-house as Staff Counsel. Prior to that, Andrea worked in executive recruiting at Cox Enterprises as a Senior Executive Search Recruiter, placing high-level executive leadership candidates, including many legal roles. She also worked at Lucas Group as a Senior Recruiter-Executive Search Consultant, where she gained experience placing attorneys at all levels, both in-house and with law firms.
