MLA Interim Legal Talent Expands in Basking Ridge, NJ, with Addition of Thomas Goubadia

Thomas works with law firms and corporations to craft solutions to their legal workforce challenges.

Thomas joins Major, Lindsey & Africa after six years with Maxim Healthcare, where he began as a recruiter and was swiftly promoted to a business development role. Most recently, he served as an Operations Manager for Maxim’s West Orange, New Jersey, office. In this role, he oversaw a very successful business development team while continuing to build relationships with patients, referral sources, case managers, physicians, other members of the health care team and community members.
