Describe one of your successes thus far at Major, Lindsey & Africa.
Assisting a candidate to find her dream job that allowed her to move closer to her son during a difficult time for the candidate health-wise, while simultaneously helping the employer consider an out of the box candidate that they otherwise might have overlooked that went on to be highly successful in the role.
What advice would you give to someone considering becoming a recruiter?
If you don’t ask, you don’t get.
If you weren’t a lawyer or a recruiter, what career would you have had?
I’d run a dog shelter helping elderly dogs find homes.

Travel to every country in the EU.
