What attracted you to Major, Lindsey & Africa?
The long-standing history with law firms and in the industry. Very knowledgeable talents at MLA where I can learn from everyone and anyone within the firm. Collegial environment and truly work as one big team across the globe.
What is the best part of your job?
Being able to assist others and find their ideal roles. Sometimes even involved in a life-changing moment of a candidate when there is a relocation.
What is the most surprising part of being a recruiter?
You never know what may be helpful to you. Everyone is connected, and one small step could lead to big things.
How would you describe your career in 5 words or less?
Fun and infinite.

Bringing lawyers back to their homes and being closer to their families.
What advice would you give to someone considering becoming a recruiter?
Be ready to accept challenges and don’t forget what get you started.
