MLA Places Corrine Glass General Counsel at RSE

Hanover, MD (June 6, 2019) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced the placement of Corrine Glass as general counsel at RSE Ventures, LLC in New York City. The search was led by Dimitri Mastrocola, a partner in MLA’s In-House Counsel Practice Group in New York City.

In her new role, Corrine will have senior responsibility for all legal aspects of structuring and executing RSE’s investments, which include PE/growth equity, venture capital and operating capital deployed through a variety of structures (e.g., direct equity; debt and equity co-investments; term and revolving loans; convertible debt; investment funds and joint ventures). RSE is a private investment firm founded by Stephen M. Ross and Matt Higgins, which specializes in incubating, operating and growing consumer brands with a focus on food, technology, sports and media.

Before joining RSE, Corrine served as general counsel for Shumway Capital. Her background also includes various leadership roles as acting general counsel and managing director, Equities and Alternative Investments for IFG Companies and as senior investment counsel to Harbinger Capital Partners. Prior to moving in-house, Corrine was an associate with Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
