Andrew Glynn is a Managing Director in our Associate Practice Group, where he focuses on placing lawyers of all levels at top-tier boutiques, regional, national and international law firms. He considers himself a storyteller as it is his job to gain a true understanding of his clients’ and candidates’ needs and tell their tales in the market.
His ultimate goal is to get the right candidates in the right roles, not just placing any candidate in any role. Andrew works closely with his candidates to develop a career plan that best fits their goals and will led to the best opportunities for their individual plans. He believes in developing relationships with everyone he meets, learning as much as possible about them and their needs so that he can always provide as much informative as possible to be able to give guidance and advice.
Andrew is also a proud union actor, having performed on Off-Broadway and in regional theatre across the country. He has also performed voice-over work for radio and audio books and has acted in numerous commercials and on television. Andrew is an avid runner and a huge Red Sox fan.
Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Andrew worked at two large national law firms, providing immigration counsel for individual foreign nationals and corporate clients in various industries, including the financial services and media sectors.

“Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly diligent and was very responsive in regard to any and all of my recruiting needs. Andrew facilitated my move from a Midwest market back to Boston in a very short period of time. He has the unique ability to work with his clients and make them feel as though they are his only and top priority. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone that is looking to lateral to another firm, whether it be in Massachusetts, Florida, Colorado and beyond!” – Thomas D., corporate associate at Pierce Atwood LLP
“Andrew is an invaluable resource in your job search. He responded promptly to all of my email inquiries (and there were several!), graciously reviewed my draft correspondence before I sent it potential employers, gave candid and highly useful advice at every step of the job search and interview processes, and was just all-around enjoyable to communicate with. Most importantly, I secured my dream job after seeking his help. I would, and will, recommend his services to everyone I know who is job hunting.” –Maya Cheriyan, associate patent attorney at Eckert Seamans
