Chris Gunkel is the Executive Director of Organizational Development for Major, Lindsey & Africa and Allegis Partners. In this role, Chris supports the growth of both organizations, both in service offerings and geographical locations, while assisting the organization strategically and tactically.

Chris and his wife, Kim, reside in Baltimore, Maryland, with their son and daughter, Liam and Sadie. He enjoys outdoor activities of all sorts, boating and spending time with his family.

Chris joined Major, Lindsey & Africa following a 19-year career with Aerotek, an Allegis Group company. While there, he held several senior-level positions including most recently, director of human resources. In this position, Chris was responsible for overseeing all HR functions for the Central, Midwest, Northeast and Canadian regions as well as strategic sales and operations. These regions were responsible for over $2 billion in annual revenue.

Prior to his career in human resources, Chris spent 12 years in sales and operations, serving as a recruiter, salesperson, director of business operations and a director within professional development.
