I can't say enough positive things about Kate. By leveraging her expertise of the Bay Area legal market and effortless ability to find the right firm for her candidates, I was able to move from a small firm to an AmLaw 50 firm. She's an active listener and understands what you want out of your job search -- she's not just hitting send on as many applications as possible (I can't say the same about a lot of recruiters I've worked with). And once she's in your corner, you've got a fierce advocate who you can trust. She is thorough with her job searches and isn't afraid to give you the good, bad, and ugly throughout the process. Notably, as a diverse candidate, I felt supported and found Kate to be genuinely interested in finding the right fit for me. Kate is a true ally. She's simply the best! – An associate at am AmLaw 50 firm.
Kate is a wonderful human being, and an even better recruiter. I connected with Kate at a point in my career when I felt lost. She listened to me when I explained what I was looking for, and she found the perfect fit. Now, I feel like my career has been revitalized. I could not have done this without her. If you're looking for a change in your career, Kate can help! Highly recommend! – An associate at an employment boutique
No one is better equipped to place candidates in the Bay Area legal market than Kate. With deep roots in San Francisco, a background as an elite practicing attorney, and years of experience interfacing with all of the top law firms, she is the person you want on your team if you are an attorney considering a career change, or if you are a law firm looking to source the right candidates for a position. You will find that Kate is a true partner who listens and adapts to input, and that she gives clear and actionable advice during what can be a stressful and fast-moving process. Absolute star. – A counsel at an AMLaw50 firm
I would HIGHLY recommend Kate to anyone looking to make a lateral move in the Bay Area. I first spoke to Kate over a year before I actually made the decision to leave my firm, and she is a wonderful person on top of being an excellent recruiter. I spoke to several other recruiters over that year, but knew almost instantly that I would be working with Kate, which turned out to be a phenomenal decision. She was frequently in touch even before I decided to make the change, and once I decided to actively pursue new opportunities she worked quickly and made herself available to answer my questions, including late at night and during weekends. – An associate at an AmLaw20 firm.
