Prior to Bausch, she spent nearly a decade with Pfizer, Inc., where she held roles of increasing scope and responsibility, including as the global legal lead for the patient and health impact (PHI) business unit and as global product counsel for several key brands. Before going in-house, Keren was a litigator with both DLA Piper, where she handled complex FCPA investigations in multiple foreign jurisdictions as well as major class-action litigations, and a boutique litigation firm, Newman and Greenberg. She began her legal career in Israel as a prosecutor before moving to the US to serve in a legal/political role with the Mission to United Nations. Keren earned her LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law, her M.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and her LL.B. from The College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, Israel.
